As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in Portuguese, addressing inquiries and providing support related to tobacco products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding tobacco products, brand information, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Portuguese.
• Provide detailed information about product offerings, promotions, and health regulations.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and inquiries regarding shipments and returns.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and follow-up purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Stay informed about tobacco industry trends, products, and regulations to better assist customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the tobacco or consumer goods industry.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.
