Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support in Portuguese for inquiries related to tech products and services.
• Assist customers with product setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely responses.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
• Gather and report customer feedback for continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the technology sector is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience with customer service software or helpdesk systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
