Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to telecom services, billing, and account management.
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with other departments to address complex inquiries and enhance overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
