German Speaking Technical Support Adviser

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to German-speaking customers for our technology solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• Educate clients on the features and advantages of our products and services.
• Document all customer interactions and solutions for seamless follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and improve service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training to keep abreast of product updates and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required. Please state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong technical skills and a proven ability to solve complex problems.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
