Getty Images is looking for a Benefits Specialist for its global benefits team. This role supports and drives our goal to make Getty Images one of the best places to work globally by providing competitive and innovative benefits that are communicated clearly and are easily accessible for our employees.
You will help to deliver outstanding employee engagement through administering benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, retirement and pension schemes. You are detailed oriented and love to organize and drive process efficiencies. You communicate clearly with employees and our vendors to ensure our benefit plans are administered correctly, with strict compliance and that service levels are met.

Your Next Challenge:
Understand the business and employee benefit needs (across various regions) to help drive benefit plan delivery improvements and employee engagement.
Own and constantly look for opportunities to streamline benefits administration processes.
Partner with third-party vendors to optimize service delivery and resolve operational issues.
Monitor plan usage, trends, and employee/vendor issues, recommending improvements as needed.
Own and manage employee inquiries related to claims, eligibility, life events, etc. through full resolution and gather feedback to inform/recommend ongoing improvements.
Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate benefits communications and support open enrollment material development and delivery.
Partner with Human Resources teams to ensure accurate benefit deductions and reporting, including disability pay and country specific leave processes with attention to continuous process and policy improvement.
Execute, or support, multiple administrative compliance activities including internal and external audits, open enrollments and benefit plan renewal activities including determining participant eligibility.
Help to ensure on an ongoing basis all HR Systems benefits configurations are up to date to meet enrollment specifications and vendor data requirements, including all aspects of open enrollment.
Produce reports for, and process invoices to ensure budget and contractual requirements are met.
Assist in other various projects across the whole Human Resources function.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Four (4) years of additional work experience in lieu of degree may be considered. Minimum three (3) years of experience in corporate Human Resources or Human Resources consulting, including some benefit administration experience required.
- Knowledge of HR systems, benefits, and reporting modules strongly preferred
- Excellent organization, written and verbal skills
- Good judgment and ability to work autonomously and collaborate with global partners
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust quickly to shifting priorities
- Ability to solve problems and introduce process improvements
- High awareness and respect for critical and confidential Human Resources data
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across HR, vendors, and the broader organization
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting multiple benefits programs (e.g., medical, dental, retirement, leave programs)
Exposure to benefits analysis, cost reviews, or vendor evaluations
Familiarity with the varied global landscape of statutory and supplemental benefits
Experience with Workday
Proficient in Excel
