As a Grant Specialist at Insider One, you will own the identification, application, and management of government incentives and grant programs that fuel our R&D, market expansion, and global growth.
From domestic R&D incentives to overseas market development programs and international support funds, you will be the expert who ensures Insider One captures every opportunity available to an innovative, fast-scaling technology company.
What You Will Do

Identify and evaluate applicable government incentive programs locally and internationally, including R&D grants, export incentives, overseas market development funds, and innovation-related support programs.

Prepare and submit grant applications with accurate, compelling, and well-documented submissions that maximize approval rates.

Manage the full lifecycle of active incentives — from initial application through ongoing compliance, reporting, and final settlement.

Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and relevant business units to gather required documentation and ensure eligibility criteria are met.

Track all grant-related deadlines, deliverables, and reporting obligations across multiple programs and grant cycles.

Monitor legislative and regulatory changes in incentive programs and proactively identify new funding opportunities that align with Insider’s activities.

Build internal processes and documentation standards to make grant management scalable, auditable, and repeatable as Insider One grows.
What You Will Need
4+ years of experience in grant management, government incentive programs, or a directly related field.
Solid knowledge of Turkish government incentive programs, including but not limited to TUBITAK, KOSGEB, and Turquality.
Familiarity with international incentive programs — EU funds, export support programs, and overseas market development grants are a strong plus.
Excellent written communication skills in both Turkish and English, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear application materials.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across concurrent programs.
Comfort working cross-functionally and building relationships with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and business teams.
The ability to thrive in ambiguity — navigating evolving regulatory environments and finding the right path forward.
