At Open, we are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our innovative team. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create visually appealing graphics for software interfaces, website designs, and marketing materials.
- Develop branding elements including logos, icons, and promotional graphics.
- Design and optimize user interface components that enhance overall user experience.
- Prepare and present design concepts and mood boards to stakeholders for feedback.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and schedules.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure designs are contemporary and relevant.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the software or tech industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects including web and mobile applications.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Sketch.
- Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing time efficiently and meeting project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Design Mastery: Exceptional command of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Motion & Video Expertise: Skills in motion graphics and short-form video editing, with a knack for creating dynamic, eye-catching animations.
- Performance Portfolio: A proven track record of creating high-performing assets that successfully drove conversions, clicks, or key business KPIs.
- Technical Precision: Extreme attention to detail, including a deep understanding of platform constraints, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Agile Execution: The ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Tool Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva. Experience leveraging AI design tools to accelerate workflows is a significant plus.
