Graphic Designer

• Conceptualise and design creative campaign ideas that tell compelling stories across print, social, digital and video.

• Produce high-quality print-ready assets for brochures, catalogues, packaging, and marketing collateral.

• Create digital and motion design assets for web, social media, display, and video content.

• Art direct render scenes for brochures, product releases, and campaign visuals in collaboration with rendering specialists.

• Collaborate with Marketing Communications and Product Marketing teams to develop on-brand creative assets for go-to-market campaigns.

• Mentor and guide a Junior Designer, helping to grow creative capability within the team.

• Evolve and maintain brand guidelines across all touchpoints and ensure creative consistency.

• Work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver innovative, on-time and impactful design outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in print, social media and video design, including motion graphics.

• Proven ability to develop creative campaign concepts from idea to execution.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

• A strong understanding of design for both digital and print media.

• Collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a drive for creative excellence.

• Experience in art directing 3D renders or scene compositions for marketing materials is highly regarded.

• A supportive, leadership-focused approach to mentoring junior designers.

Additional Information

Salary: $75,000-$80,000
