Graphic Designer (Promotional Products)

Role: Graphic Designer
Timezone: Remote (Must be available to work US Mountain Time hours, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MT)

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with strong experience in merchandise, apparel, and promotional product design. This role will focus on creating graphics for shirts, hats, tumblers, and other branded swag that Drip produces. The ideal candidate understands how to design for physical products, print production, and different material applications while maintaining strong brand consistency.

This is a full-time, remote role and will work closely with internal teams to support ongoing merchandise and branding needs.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise & Apparel Design: Create production-ready designs for shirts, hats, tumblers, and a variety of branded swag items.
• Print-Ready Files: Prepare files for print production, including correct sizing, color modes, and formatting for different materials and vendors.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with Drip’s brand guidelines and visual identity across all merchandise.
• Product Mockups: Develop mockups to visualize designs on apparel and promotional items prior to production.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate concepts into finished designs that meet brand and production requirements.
• Revisions & Feedback: Incorporate feedback efficiently and make updates as needed to finalize designs.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design requests while meeting timelines and maintaining quality.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience designing for apparel, merchandise, or promotional products is required.
• Understanding of print production processes and design considerations for physical products.
• Ability to create clean, scalable designs that translate well across different materials.
• A strong portfolio showcasing merchandise, apparel, or product-based design work.
• High attention to detail, especially with layouts, typography, and color accuracy.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating clearly with a distributed team.
