This strategic leader will be responsible for developing, planning, and managing complex products and programs that have a broad scope and high impact. Leading a team of Product Managers, this role requires a mixture of leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on product management expertise. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless technology and business transitions while maintaining day-to-day operations, ultimately driving business and customer success.

Accountabilities

Define and drive product strategy for flagship digital experiences, including mobile apps and personalization features.

Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.

Translate strategy into execution, ensuring product outcomes align with business and customer needs.

Manage product budgets and resources, prioritizing initiatives for maximum impact.

Champion customer-centric practices, leveraging continuous discovery and frequent user research.

Oversee product lifecycle management, from discovery through delivery, using modern SDLC best practices (Agile, Lean, DevOps).

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

Promote best practices in product development and discovery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent through a combination of education and work experience.

8+ years in product management, including leadership of multiple PMs and complex product portfolios.

Strong business leadership and financial acumen.

Expertise in Agile, Lean, and DevOps methodologies.

Advanced communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.

Ability to manage budgets and develop business cases (cost/benefit analysis, NPV).

Strategic thinking combined with operational execution capabilities.
