Job Description:
You will lead the company’s experimentation engine, moving from hypothesis to proof-of-concept in days. By working across the full stack with Django, React, and LLM integrations, you will build and validate new growth wedges. Your work directly influences the product roadmap by identifying what users value through rapid prototyping and data-driven learning.

What you will do:

• Build end-to-end POCs in days using Django, React, and LLM integrations to test specific hypotheses

• Talk directly to users and design partners to translate customer pain points into testable experiments

• Instrument and analyze experiment data to validate or pivot product features before full-scale production

The ideal candidate:

• 4-7 years of software engineering experience in high-growth startups or as a former founder

• Full-stack proficiency in Python/Django and React/TypeScript with a history of shipping AI/LLM features

• Strong product sense and experimentation mindset that prioritizes validation over technical perfection
