Overview
We are on a mission to ensure everyone has access to medical expertise, no matter where they are.
Half the world still lacks access to quality healthcare. Even in advanced systems, outcomes are uneven, and clinicians are overwhelmed. Medical knowledge grows faster than human capacity can keep up.
Corti is building the infrastructure to close that gap. Our AI platform expands access to medical expertise, reducing errors, restoring time to clinicians, and making care more affordable, accessible, and human again.
There is no quality healthcare without a quality dialogue, and no reliable AI without a strong foundation. Help us build both.
Why Corti?
Corti is building the intelligence layer for global healthcare. We give every developer, product team, and healthcare innovator access to medical-grade AI, so the world can deliver care that is faster, safer, and more human.
Built entirely for healthcare and adjacent industries, Corti’s models are trained on real-world data and optimized for precision, safety, and regulatory trust.
Through modular APIs, teams can embed medical speech recognition, summarization, reasoning, and much more directly into healthcare products without reinventing the foundation.
We power the builders who are redefining how healthcare works, from startups creating new patient experiences to enterprises modernizing the systems that care depends on.
If you believe that AI purpose-built for medicine will define the next century of healthcare, you belong at Corti.
We are seeking a technically curious, execution-focused Growth Marketer to sit at the center of Corti’s growth engine.
This role is for someone who can read an API doc, spin up a landing page, and write a launch post that developers actually want to read. You are technical enough to understand what we build, creative enough to make people care, and pragmatic enough to ship instead of overthinking.
You will own the surfaces and campaigns that drive developer awareness, acquisition, and activation. That includes product launches, landing pages, demand generation, developer-facing content, and growth analytics. You will move fast across channels and formats, with real ownership over what ships and how it performs.
Design and build landing pages, launch assets, and promotional materials (often coding or prototyping yourself)
Collaborate on the end-to-end build and launch process for new products, features, and platform updates
Coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design to bring launches to market
Write launch content and developer-facing announcements that inspire our audience to dive in
Plan and execute campaigns that drive signups, activations, and pipeline across paid, organic, and owned channels
Run conversion rate experiments across the signup and activation funnel
Manage paid campaigns and track performance against acquisition and activation targets
Produce developer-facing content for blog, social, and community channels
Build and execute an SEO strategy targeting developers searching for healthcare AI tooling
Write technical blog posts, guides, and tutorials that position Corti as the default platform for healthcare AI development
Create sales enablement assets, templates, and collateral as needed
Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, funnel metrics, and growth KPIs
Analyze user behaviour to identify activation patterns and conversion opportunities
Report regularly on what’s working, what’s not, and where to invest next
Use data to prioritise experiments and allocate resources across channels
You may have been a growth marketer at a developer tools company, a product marketer at a PLG SaaS business, or a growth generalist at a Series A-C startup who touched everything from paid ads to SEO to rapid prototyping.
Whatever your path, you have marketed a technical product to a technical audience and are comfortable building things yourself rather than waiting on others.
Comfortable reading API documentation and understanding how developer products work
Able to build or “vibe code” landing pages, simple tools, and prototypes (or excited to learn)
Familiar with developer workflows, tooling, and PLG motions
Not a software engineer, but the kind of person who builds side projects, tinkers with AI tools, and stays close to the product
Experience running campaigns across paid, organic, email, and content channels
Track record of shipping landing pages, launches, and growth experiments quickly
Comfortable with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Posthog and building reports that drive decisions
Strong writing skills, particularly for technical and developer-facing audiences
2-4 years of experience in growth, product marketing, or a generalist role at an early-stage tech company
Comfortable operating with minimal structure and defining the playbook as you go
High output: you ship fast, learn from results, and iterate
Genuine interest in AI and healthcare

On any given day, you might push a new landing page live for an API feature launch, review funnel metrics to diagnose a drop in activation, draft a blog post on a new agent capability, and jump on a call with product and engineering to scope the next release.
We don’t care about the exact title on your CV. What matters is that you are technical enough to understand what we’re building, fast enough to ship without waiting for permission, and someone your friends might describe as “one of the smartest people they know.”
You will work closely with the Growth, Product, and Engineering teams
High autonomy, low bureaucracy, and real ownership
Direct impact on how developers discover and adopt Corti’s platform
