Role Summary: We are seeking a Growth Manager (CVM) to lead initiatives that enhance the health, profitability, and engagement of our merchant base. This role is pivotal in driving merchant lifetime value, revenue growth, and retention by leveraging deep data insights and targeted activation strategies.  You will work with extensive datasets to uncover opportunities, design base management plans, and execute actions that strengthen merchant relationships with Bosta. Equipped with a dedicated growth budget, you will help shape and deliver multi-channel initiatives that maximize merchant revenues and contribution.
