Automate everything that can be automated in our sales process: prospecting, outreach, monitoring, analytics.
Own CRM data hygiene and enrichment.
Build internal tools for sales operations and enablement for sales teams and company in general.
Equip our field sales team with data, context, and automation they need to have more meaningful conversations with clinicians.
We have strong preference towards candidates who are interested in actively participating in commercial/sales process and can support sales team or perform sales outreach on their own.
Hardcore work ethic.
Hands-on experience with modern GTM stack as well as classic CRMs.
You need to be very comfortable with Claude Code or other similar tools.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, JavaScript, Git.
Strong business intuition.
Nice to have: Experience in revenue operations, growth/gtm roles, marketing, sales; experience in healthcare/selling to physicians.
