As our GTM Engineer, you’ll help us scale how we generate, qualify, and follow up on leads at scale. This is a hands-on position focused on building one of the best-in-world AI outbound engines from the ground up.
This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar.
📍 Location: New York City HQ (EST)
You have maximum drive and agency to build one of the world’s best performing outbound/GTM systems from the ground up
Own and continuously improve our GTM and RevOps setup across HubSpot and outbound tools
Build and iterate on cold email and LinkedIn sequences, including copy, targeting, and sequencing
Set up and optimize outbound workflows using Smartleads, HeyReach, and Clay - optimize the tech stack if there are better performing tools
Write, test, and refine outbound copy for email and LinkedIn with a clear focus on booking meetings
Define and maintain lead tracking, routing logic, and lifecycle stages in HubSpot across inbound, outbound, and LinkedIn
Identify where leads drop off (forms, ads, partial bookings) and implement automated follow-ups
Maintain clean, enriched data using Apollo, FullEnrich, RB2B, and Nooks
Hardcore work ethic and high agency
2+ years of experience in a GTM Engineer, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops role
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, lifecycle stages, routing, and reporting
Proven experience building and managing outbound sequences end-to-end
Confidence in writing, testing, and optimizing outbound copy
Practical experience with Clay, Smartleads, HeyReach, Apollo, FullEnrich, RB2B, Demandbase, or a similar GTM stack
Strong understanding of lead tracking, attribution, and follow-up workflows
High attention to detail and strong data quality mindset
Experience working in or around fintech, accounting, or finance
Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world

Equity: $45,000 - $65,000
Base Salary: $135,000 - $200,000
Variable Compensation: $15,000 - $50,000
