The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort is seeking for a Guest Service Ambassador to join our team during the night shift. to provide exceptional service and a memorable experience to our guests. The Front Office Ambassador anticipates guests needs and uphold the high standards of the Luxury Collection brand.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome, assist, and engage guests during overnight hours, ensuring a warm, refined, and personalized experience at every interaction.
- Handle all nightly administrative tasks and coordinate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and resolve guest complaints, disturbances, and emergency situations during the shift.
- Prepare and submit risk and margin reports for internal and external use.
- Monitor the hotel’s overnight operation and ensure that all procedures are followed according to standards.
- Lead and supervise Front Desk activities throughout the night, ensuring clear communication and high guest satisfaction.
- Complete and verify all end-of-day and night audit reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Oversee the entire check-in and check-out process, providing efficient and high-quality service that reflects The Luxury Collection standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience within the hospitality industry in Front Office Agent position (experience in a 5-star hotel preferred)
- Hold a Hospitality degree.
- Be a great communicator who allures guests from all over the world.
- Be an inspiring team player
- Have proper communication etiquette (both written and spoken) with internal and external guests.
- Speak, write and converse freely in both Greek and English. Knowledge of German and/or Russian/or French language will be an advantage.
- Possess strong computer skills and knowledge of Opera software
- Have impeccable cooperation, attention to detail, inspiration, and organizational skills.
- Be able to act proactively and constantly find creative solutions in every guest encounter.
- Have the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to handle confidential information.
