🎯 Your Mission
As our Sales Manager, you’ll oversee client accounts, nurture relationships and implement strategies that maximize revenue while delivering extraordinary experiences. You’ll combine strategic insight with hands-on engagement to make every client interaction memorable.

📌 What You’ll Do

  • Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals through calls, site visits and events
  • Coordinate and participate in trade shows, expos, familiarization trips and other promotional activities
  • Research market trends and make recommendations for sales and marketing strategies
  • Review guest histories to enhance personalized service for repeat clients
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless group and event experiences
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data and adjust strategies to maximize results
  • Track competitive activity and adapt execution to maintain an edge
  • Deliver exceptional service that drives loyalty to both Hard Rock Hotel and the brand
  • Resolve client concerns proactively, implementing preventive measures when needed
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners and industry stakeholders
  • Create local events and promotions that generate incremental revenue and brand awareness


💡 What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in hospitality sales or management
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
  • High energy, influential, and people-driven with a passion for motivating others
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel systems (Opera, MICROS, Sabre/SYNXIS, etc.)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and work evenings, weekends or holidays as required
  • Passion for lifestyle hotels, premium dining, and music culture
