Hardware Test Engineer, Energy Storage
Essential Duties:
As an early member of a new engineering team, you will play a key role in designing and executing tests to support the development of a new product at Redwood Materials. Your responsibilities will span across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering domains to ensure robust product validation. You will be involved in all phases of the hardware development lifecycle, from early design validation and long-term reliability testing to final process validation. This role requires a hands-on, proactive attitude paired with a methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving.

In accordance with California pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and skills.
The position is full-time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
