In this role, you will apply advanced AI and machine learning techniques to solve complex organizational challenges across areas such as credit and fraud risk, business strategy, collections, and customer service. You will play a key role in managing the complete model lifecycle—right from building and validating models to implementing, monitoring, and updating them. You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions that create measurable business value. This role also involves guiding team members and driving smooth stakeholder interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML solutions to address business problems across multiple functions, ensuring measurable outcomes and business impact.
• Take full ownership of model lifecycle management, including model design, development, validation, deployment, monitoring, and enhancement.
• Manage and mentor team members, ensuring effective execution and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, alignment, and delivery across business and technical teams.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong expertise in model development with a deep understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques for both structured and unstructured data, such as risk scorecards, propensity models, optimization, and NLP.
• Excellent coding abilities in Python and strong proficiency in writing SQL queries.
