The Impact You Will Have
Delivery Excellence: Establish and enforce best practices, frameworks and methodologies to improve project delivery quality and efficiency.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure projects align with account strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes to customers.
Portfolio Oversight: Provide oversight of multiple project managers and technical project managers to ensure consistent execution and risk management across engagements.
Operational Efficiency: Identify process gaps and implement improvements to optimize resource allocation, timelines and cost efficiency.
Your Responsibilities:
Synthesize and align: As a Program Manager and Leader you willtranslate complex technical discussions into clear decisions and action items, ensuring total alignment between the client and the delivery team.
Stakeholder Communication: Ensure transparent reporting and communication of project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management and key stakeholders.
Governance & Standards: Drive adoption of tools, templates, and governance frameworks that improve consistency and reduce delivery risk.
Bridge the gap: Facilitate seamless collaboration between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring the "what" and "why" are clearly understood by all.
Proactive risk management: Identify potential blockers early and partner with technical leadership to architect solutions before they impact the timeline.
Instill agile culture: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lightweight agile frameworks that foster transparency without adding bureaucracy.
Innovation Enablement: Collaborate with technical leaders to integrate emerging technologies into delivery approaches.
Quality & Value Assurance: Champion measurement of project outcomes against KPIs and business value while ensuring each engagement delivers tangible results.
Required Experience
Leadership: Mentor and develop project managers to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous learning while managing resources
Technical Environment: Experience driving delivery within data engineering, software development, or consulting teams.
Client-Facing Agility: Practical experience leading Scrum ceremonies and fostering agile habits in a client-service environment.
Stakeholder Influence: Strong ability to manage expectations and build trust with both internal technical leads and external client stakeholders.
Reporting & Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to "translate" between business requirements and technical execution while also providing high-level reports to leadership regarding project statuses.
Critical Thinking: A proactive mindset focused on unblocking the team and solving resource or timeline constraints before they become critical.
Preferred Experience
5+ years of experience in a senior level management managing technical project managers & projects specifically within Data Engineering, Analytics, or ML/AI.
Strong leadership and decision making skills across multiple geographical locations
Exposure to Databricks ecosystem or similar cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Well-versed in technical acumen; you don't need to write code, but you must be able to follow technical discussions and understand architectural trade-offs.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello.
Comfort with ambiguity and navigate the fast-paced nature of a growing consulting firm.
Relevant certifications such as CSM, PSM, or Agile Project Management.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.

Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
