As the Head of Engineering, you will lead the technical strategy for a cutting-edge platform sitting at the intersection of media and artificial intelligence. You will scale the engineering team, architect robust systems, and drive product innovation. What you will do:

• Architect and scale high-performance media processing pipelines and streaming infrastructure using Python and AWS

• Direct the development and integration of advanced machine learning models into consumer-facing products

• Define engineering culture, manage the development roadmap, and align technical execution with broad business objectives

The ideal candidate:

• Over 4 years of professional engineering experience with a strong background in media, streaming, or video technology

• Deep technical expertise in Python and AWS, with a proven understanding of AI/ML implementation and deployment

• A high-drive, startup-oriented leader with the ambition to scale a platform from early-stage to global reach
