Our Mission

We unleash the potential of organisations through the science of board effectiveness, building better businesses and benefiting society.

The Role

This is a player-coach role, combining personal quota ownership (70% of time) with leadership of a small team of sales representatives (30% of time).

You will be accountable for setting the commercial direction for Fund Services, building a high-quality pipeline, closing complex deals, and coaching your team to consistently high standards. Success in this role requires strong enterprise sales capability, credibility with senior investment and governance stakeholders, and the ability to blend SaaS technology and client requirements into a compelling proposition.

Team Leadership and Coaching

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of three sales representatives selling into Fund Services accounts.
  • Set clear expectations on sales discipline, account planning, pipeline management, and deal execution.
  • Provide regular deal coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance feedback to raise the standard of execution.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ramping of new team members as the segment grows.

Client and Market Leadership

  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including fund directors, Chairs, investment professionals, Company Secretaries, and governance leads.
  • Act as a senior representative of Board Intelligence within the Fund Services market, attending relevant events and forums.
  • Ensure the Fund Services value proposition reflects market needs and regulatory context.

  • Work closely with Marketing to shape Fund Services targeting, messaging, and account-based campaigns.
  • Partner with Consulting leadership to integrate advisory services into Fund Services sales motions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to ensure Fund Services client feedback informs roadmap priorities.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure accurate CRM usage, forecasting, and reporting across the team.
  • Maintain strong internal communication to ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery and account management.
  • Champion best practice in sales process and customer experience.
