Position Overview
As International Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and managing strategic relationships with major key accounts across Europe. You will identify business opportunities, develop account strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored lighting solutions that meet customer and market needs.
This role combines commercial leadership, solution-oriented sales, and strong relationship management to strengthen Opple’s presence in the European professional lighting market. Other international regions may follow later.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of B2B sales experience in the lighting, electrical, or building technology industry.
Proven track record in managing key accounts across multiple European markets.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Technical understanding of LED lighting and/or connected lighting solutions is a strong advantage.
Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, Dutch, or Spanish) are a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently across Europe (up to 50%).
