Product & Portfolio Manager

“Product & Portfolio Manager”?

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the full designated portfolio including prices, product phasing in and out, product data management

• Understand customer requirements & market insights and able to translate them into product requirements, priorities for new product introductions and new business opportunities (in cooperation with sales and R&D China)

• Manage the communication between China and Europe

• Involve in segment and channel plan making

• Drive detailed benchmarking

• Provide product & organizational support towards the entire sales organization in general, and a few regions in detail.

• Transfer local knowledge to the different stakeholders in the organization (develop training programs)

Your profile:

• Bachelor / master’s degree in engineering, marketing, or another relevant field

• Hands-on mentality, good team player

• 1-3 years professional experiences of product management in an international setting

• High energy levels / enthusiastic

• Explorative

• High technical affinity

• Solution and result-oriented

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Customer-oriented

• Ability to work with different cultures

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, Spanish, Italian or Mandarin are a plus.
