As our Head of IT, your mission will be to manage and scale our corporate IT support and engineering team. You will play a pivotal role in maturing our IT standards and processes while ensuring our infrastructure remains robust and secure as we continue to grow. Reporting to the SVP Information Systems & Engineering, you will lead a team of 4 talented IT professionals, fostering a data-driven culture and providing the technical & methodological guidance needed to resolve complex challenges.
Key responsibilities ✨
Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of 4 IT engineers, setting clear collective and individual goals while building a strong data-driven culture.Infrastructure & Operations: Oversee the management of our cloud services, networks, and operating systems to ensure the highest levels of availability and reliability.Security & Compliance: Partner closely with the cybersecurity team to maintain a secure environment and lead the IT initiatives required for our ISO-27001 certification.Project & Roadmap Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define IT requirements, consolidate the team roadmap, and provide transparent visibility on progress and milestones.Budget & Strategy: Create and manage the corporate IT budget, tracking expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and a stable OPEX.Continuous Improvement: Evaluate hardware and software needs regularly, recommending and implementing impactful improvements and automation.
About you 🧑🚀
Experience: You have 8+ years of experience in corporate IT, including a proven track record of leading internal teams and hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment.Technical Expertise: You are proficient with our core stack, including Google Workspace, Okta, SentinelOne, Kandji, Palo Alto, Siit, and N8N.Project Driver: You excel at planning and executing collaborative projects, with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable results.Security Mindset: You have formerly worked in an ISO-27001 certified environment and understand the rigor required for corporate IT security.Communication: You are a strong communicator, comfortable speaking in French and English for day-to-day team management or presenting strategic updates at company-wide all-hands meetings.Forward-Thinking: You possess a natural curiosity for AI and automation, constantly looking for ways to leverage new technology to improve IT efficiency.
