🎯 Why is this mission strategic for Skello?
Skello is the recognized market leader in Europe for managing shift-based teams. Following three years of outstanding growth in Spain, where we now lead the hospitality segment for HR software, we are ready to elevate our brand identity and accelerate our expansion.
To drive this next chapter, we are recruiting a Head of Marketing Spain. Your mission will be to champion Skello’s brand identity in the Spanish market, ensuring a seamless and impactful execution of our global vision. Based in our Barcelona hub, you will report directly to Marc  (General Manager Spain) while working closely with Eliott (VP Marketing).

1. Empower & lead the marketing team (2/3 people):

  • Operational excellence: orchestrate the team's daily rhythm, balancing high-impact production with administrative efficiency through structured meetings, 1-on-1s, and comprehensive monthly reviews.
  • Inspiring leadership: lead by example, embodying Skello’s core values to foster a high-performance culture rooted in professional growth and motivation.
  • Data-driven management: monitor and analyze team KPIs to ensure all initiatives align with our broader business objectives.
  • 2. Elevate the Skello brand:

  • Market positioning: establish Skello as the premier AI-powered HR solution for frontline teams in Europe through high-impact press releases, social media, and industry events.
  • Localization strategy: expertly adapt and localize global product and brand content to resonate with the Spanish market.
  • Employer branding: define and execute a strategy that showcases our culture and attracts top-tier talent.
  • 3. Growth optimization & Sales synergy

  • Lead generation: drive the growth funnel by generating high-quality leads through advanced SEO, SEM, and LLM-driven strategies.
  • Database monetization: maximize our existing database by designing and implementing sophisticated nurturing workflows.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work hand-in-hand with your Marketing peers and Design teams at global level and collaborate with our Sales Efficiency Manager in Spain to bridge the gap between marketing and sales.
  • 🎯 Qualifications:

  • Management: 1–3 years of experience leading teams
  • Marketing expertise: 5+ years of experience, ideally with a multi-disciplinary background (Brand, PR, Growth, Events)
  • Hands-on attitude: You thrive in a lean environment where leaders contribute to daily deliverables
  • B2B SaaS: Previous experience in the SaaS industry is highly valued
  • Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English is required; French is a significant plus.
