About the Role
As Head of Marketing at AppNation, you will architect the company-wide marketing strategy and drive growth across our portfolio of AI-powered mobile apps and Legacy apps. You will partner directly with the CEO, translating high-level business goals into actionable marketing priorities and building the strategic infrastructure for sustainable, scalable growth. 
You will lead and empower studio marketing teams (Junior to Senior levels), defining standards of excellence and ensuring execution aligns with rigorous performance outcomes. This role is highly strategic, deeply analytical, and focused on maximizing business impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Scale & Budget Management: Manage and optimize multi-million dollar monthly marketing budgets across global channels (Google, Meta, TikTok)
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute aggressive user acquisition strategies to maximize ROI and scale.
  • Data Analysis: Lead in-depth analysis of LTV, CAC, and retention metrics (Cohorts) to steer large-scale budget decisions and forecast growth.
  • Creative Strategy: Define the creative marketing strategy; guide the testing process and analyze data to drive iteration on high-converting concepts.
  • Attribution & Tracking: Ensure accurate tracking and attribution setup using Adjust/AppsFlyer.
  • Market Analysis: Drive market analysis initiatives, monitoring competitors, trends and market intelligence tools to identify new growth vectors.
  • What We Look For

  • Proven Budget Scale: Minimum 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a track record of personally managing monthly ad spends of $500K+.
  • Channel Mastery: Deep, strategic, and hands-on expertise in scaling complex campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and TikTok.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Mastery of LTV, CAC, and Cohort Analysis. Ability to interpret complex data to make profitable decisions.
  • Technical Stack: Hands-on experience with MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer) and a strong understanding of mobile attribution.
  • Store & Web Analytics: Expertise in leveraging Google Play Console, App Store Connect and Web Analytics to identify organic and paid synergies. 
  • Creative Marketing: Strong background in creative strategy; experience in guiding design teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
  • Growth Mindset: Demonstrated success in applying growth techniques to scale products globally.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
