About the Role

At AppNation, we don't just run campaigns; we build businesses. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of the growth strategy for our apps. You will go beyond campaign execution—you will act as the 'Growth Lead' for your products, sitting at the intersection of data, creative strategy, and product development.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Multi-Channel Scale: Plan, launch, and optimize high-budget user acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok to maximize ROAS and scale aggressively.
  • Fuel Creative Innovation: You are the strategist behind the ads. Collaborate directly with the teams to develop high-performing ad concepts; proposing hypotheses, writing briefs, and analyzing creative data to iterate fast.
  • Leverage Key Partnerships: Go beyond the dashboard. Maintain direct relationships with account managers at Google, Meta, and Apple to resolve complex issues and unlock new opportunities.
  • Master the Funnel: Manage and optimize acquisition flows, ensuring a seamless user journey from first impression to subscription.
  • Deep Dive Analysis: Use MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust) and internal dashboards to analyze SKAN metrics, LTV, and Cohorts. You will turn raw data into profitable growth decisions.
  • Bridge Marketing & Product: Act as the voice of the market, sharing feedback with Product teams to improve onboarding, monetization, and user retention based on campaign insights.
  • Experiment Fearlessly: Constantly test new channels, bidding strategies, and audience segments to find the next scalable growth lever.
  • What We Look For

  • Proven UA Expertise: You have at least 3+ years of experience managing high-volume user acquisition campaigns for mobile apps (iOS & Android).
  • Multi-Channel Mastery: You possess deep hands-on experience with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok (AppLovin is a plus).
  • Technical Proficiency: You understand the nuances of SKAN purchasing principles and mobile attribution. Familiarity with Web-to-App acquisition strategies is considered a plus.
  • Data Fluency: You are comfortable working with data, analyzing large datasets, and turning insights into clear, actionable decisions.
  • Creative Marketing: Strong background in creative strategy; experience in guiding design teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
  • High Ownership: You treat the budget as your own money. You are results-oriented, highly organized, and can manage multiple apps simultaneously.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
