What You’ll Do

Vision & Strategy: Define and own the product vision for your Studio, translating it into clear strategies, goals, and actionable roadmaps.

Team Leadership: Build, manage, and inspire cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering, data) fostering a culture of high performance, ownership, and innovation.

Project Management & Planning: Drive project timelines, align resources, and ensure smooth execution from concept to launch.

Product Development: Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to feature delivery, ensuring that user experience and business goals are balanced.

A/B Testing & Continuous Improvement: Implement structured experiments, analyze results, and use insights to optimize performance and user engagement.

Monetization: Develop and execute strategies to maximize ARPU, LTV, and overall revenue across subscriptions and in-app purchases.

Budgeting & Reporting: Manage Studio budgets, track KPIs, and deliver transparent performance reports to leadership.

Collaboration with Founders & Leadership: Partner closely with AppNation leadership to align Studio goals with the company’s long-term vision.

Mentorship: Guide and develop junior PMs, empowering them to grow into future leaders.

What We Look For

Extensive Product Experience: 6+ years in product management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams.

Strategic & Data-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to define a vision, back decisions with data, and translate insights into measurable outcomes.

AI & Mobile Expertise: Strong background in mobile app ecosystems, ideally with experience in AI-driven products and monetization.

Leadership & Ownership: Track record of building and scaling teams while maintaining accountability for Studio performance.

Business Acumen: Experience with budgeting, financial tracking, and reporting on product performance at a business unit level.

Technical Acumen: Familiarity with coding principles, system design, and experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, cohorts, funnels).

Communication Skills: Ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and represent the Studio’s vision clearly and persuasively.
