What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proven, hands-on leader to build and scale our Product Management and Business Analysis function from the ground up. This is a critical leadership role at the intersection of product, engineering, and delivery responsible for defining and enforcing how we translate business needs into high-quality, actionable work.
You’ve done this before: implemented standard frameworks, led teams through ambiguity, and established product and backlog disciplines that elevated engineering throughput and delivery predictability. Now you’re ready to do it again - this time, with full ownership, high executive visibility, and the mandate to drive real organizational change.
This position reports into Engineering leadership and partners tightly with Project Management and Sales to ensure product strategy and project delivery move in lockstep.
