About Antithesis

Antithesis is a developer tools company building a fundamentally new approach to software testing.

Our platform uses advanced fuzzing and property-based testing, combined with large-scale deterministic simulation, to uncover deep, correctness-critical bugs that traditional testing approaches miss.

We are early in building a dedicated Product organization around this technology and are focused on creating a scalable, decision-owning Product function as we ramp go-to-market.

The role:

We’re hiring a Head of Product Operations to build and run the operating system for Product.

This role exists to ensure that Product work happens reliably, predictably, and at scale. As our Product organization grows, we need someone who can establish clear operating rhythms, surface execution risks early, and replace ad hoc coordination with durable systems—without turning Product into a process-heavy organization.

The Head of Product Operations is a senior operator who partners closely with Product leadership, Engineering leadership, and GTM teams. This role does not define product strategy or decide what gets built. Instead, it ensures that ownership, priorities, execution, and cross-functional interfaces are clear enough that good decisions can be made and carried out efficiently.

This role is intentionally designed to create leverage for Product leadership, not add bureaucracy.

What you’ll do:

  • Establish the Product operating cadence

    • Define and run planning, execution, and review rhythms for Product

    • Create reliable visibility into priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies

    • Ensure leadership and stakeholders have timely, accurate understanding of Product execution

  • Own Product-side program coordination

    • Act as the primary Product-side coordinator for complex, cross-functional initiatives

    • Partner closely with Engineering management and project/program counterparts

    • Ensure dependencies, sequencing, and ownership are explicit and well-managed

  • Ensure execution hygiene and follow-through

    • Track Product commitments and surface issues early

    • Identify when work is blocked, drifting, or at risk, and intervene to force clarity

    • Replace reactive coordination with lightweight, repeatable mechanisms

  • Build durable Product systems and tooling

    • Own Product team tooling, documentation workflows, and feedback intake systems

    • Establish standards and principles for how Product work is planned, tracked, and communicated

    • Keep key Product artifacts current, trusted, and easy to navigate

  • Support cross-functional strategic initiatives

    • Serve as the Product point of contact for cross-functional efforts (e.g., GTM, partnerships, sales enablement)

    • Ensure Product engagement in these initiatives is clear, consistent, and scalable

    • Route work to the appropriate Product owners while protecting area-level ownership

  • Partner with Product leadership

    • Work hand-in-glove with the Head of Product and Director of Product Management

    • Ensure the Product operating system supports good product judgment rather than distorting it

    • Absorb coordination, follow-ups, and synchronization so Product leaders can focus on high-leverage decisions

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a senior operator with strong judgment and a bias toward action.

You likely have:

  • Experience operating in complex, cross-functional product or engineering organizations

  • Exceptional organizational skills and comfort managing many moving parts

  • A strong bias toward execution and closing loops

  • Sound judgment about where structure helps and where it harms

  • The ability to influence laterally without formal authority

  • Comfort surfacing problems early and pushing for clarity

Experience in developer tools or highly technical products is helpful but not required.

What this role is not:

  • Not a product strategy role

  • Not a project manager for individual features

  • Not a process czar

  • Not a proxy Product Manager

This role succeeds when Product execution is predictable, trusted, and boring in the best possible way.

Why this role is interesting:

  • You’ll build a Product operating system largely from first principles

  • You’ll have real mandate and ownership, not just responsibility

  • You’ll operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and GTM

  • You’ll materially change how a technically sophisticated company builds product
