Health, Safety & Environment Technician (HSE)

Your Mission
Ensure a safe and sustainable work environment by promoting legal compliance and driving continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess occupational and environmental risks across the site
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses
• Monitor accident indicators and propose preventive actions
• Support the implementation of corrective and preventive measures
• Raise awareness and train employees on workplace risks and eco-friendly practices
• Participate in risk analysis during the installation of new equipment or facilities

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Technical or higher education in Safety, Environment, or related fields
• Certified Safety Technician (TSST) – Level 6
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication and proactive attitude
• Intermediate English (minimum B1 level)
• Genuine interest in safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement
• Experience in the automotive sector will be considered an asset
