Eminence Home Care is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Home Care Recruiter to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for various positions within our home care services. Your efforts will help us maintain a high standard of care for our clients by ensuring we have the right talent in place. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for home care positions.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a diverse candidate pool.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization.
- Work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and manage the applicant tracking system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and home care services.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or home care sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
