Position Summary:
Argus of Colorado seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate in-home care. We offer flexible scheduling based on your availability, with a commitment to set weekly hours. Our team values positive, energetic, client-focused professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities.
- Provide meal prep, feeding, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- Support mobility using canes, crutches, walkers, wheelchairs, and Hoyer lifts.
- Respond to client needs with a cooperative attitude.
- Communicate with primary caregivers on care plans.
- Meet productivity goals and document visits per agency standards.
- Maintain contact with the scheduler regarding caseload.
- Participate in professional development to enhance skills.
- Use a provided tablet for charts, mileage, and route mapping.
Qualifications
Position Qualifications:
- Current CNA License (required upon start date)
- Valid Driver's License & clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- One year experience in home health preferred
