Requirements

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum one (1) year of Home Health nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with patients of all ages
• Current CPR certification and updated Tuberculin (TB) test required
• Clear background check and drug screening
• A heart for patient care and a commitment to excellence
• Flexibility to travel within your assigned service area
