An exceptional opportunity for an experienced House Manager to oversee a newly renovated 20,000 sq ft private residence in Belgravia. This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role supporting a highly private household within a professional family office structure.
The Role
This position requires someone who combines attention to detail with pace, and who takes genuine pride in running a household to the highest standards. You will have full oversight of the day-to-day operation of the home and act as the key point of coordination between principals, staff, contractors, and the wider property team.
Full responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of the home
Oversight of housekeeping standards, maintenance, tidying, daily checks, cleaning and repairs.
Management of household systems (HVAC, lighting, AV) in line with family preferences
Laundry dry cleaning and wardrobe management
Coordination of staff, contractors and third-party suppliers
Inventory control, deliveries, wardrobe care and household organisation
Preparation and hosting of events in collaboration with the principals and EA team
Ad-hoc lifestyle support, including some driving with notice
