House Supervisor
Manages and supervises the activities of a shift. Acts as a resource in interpreting nursing policies and procedures and their application to residents and staff. Functions in the role of Director of Nursing Services int the absences of the DON and the ADON. Oversees Memory Care unit. Assigns staff to handle campus emergencies (Care Center and apartments) in the absence of administrative staff.
Full-time, benefit eligible PM shift working hours of 2:00pm - 10:30pm.
The position involves hands on opportunity to support nursing staff in providing quality care to the elders we serve. This would include managing, supervising and directing the care of residents. Person will work closely with a staff and administration.
Qualifications
5 years of nursing experience is required. Candidates must demonstrate experience, strong leadership in managing. Excellent communication skills written and verbal are essential.
Current Minnesota RN Licensure, RNC preferred. Working knowledge of State and Federal regulations. Saint Therese offers competitive compensation and benefits
