International Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings: HR Assistant
Responsibilities
- Administrative management of employee files: collecting and recording documents for new hires, keeping employee records up to date, registering and monitoring medical check-ups, preparing onboarding for new employees (PPE, IT equipment, etc.), carrying out procedures related to employee departures (drafting letters, requesting final settlement documents), monitoring headcount and keeping the personnel register up to date.
- Payroll administration: collecting, checking, and submitting variable payroll data (overtime, absences, bonuses, etc.) to the accounting firm responsible for issuing payslips within the required deadlines.
- Management and monitoring of employee benefits (meal vouchers, health insurance, work phones, etc.).
- Assistance with administrative procedures for employees on international mobility (expatriates).
- Legal monitoring in Greek labor law.
- On-site logistical management (management of vehicles, parcels, site access, etc.).
Requirements
- Hold a qualification in secretarial work or managerial assistance and have at least 2 years of experience in office administration, ideally in the construction or engineering sectors.
- You have advanced computer skills (Office Suite, Outlook, etc.). Your interpersonal skills, organization, and adaptability will enable you to succeed in this position.
- Speaking fluently Greek and English, a good level of French would be appreciated.
