Description du poste:Le poste de Human Resources Administration Manager se situe au sein du département des Ressources Humaines. Ce rôle est essentiel pour assurer une gestion efficace et efficiente de l'administration des ressources humaines de l'entreprise. Le titulaire du poste aura pour mission de superviser les activités administratives du département, de la gestion des dossiers du personnel au suivi des procédures de recrutement, en passant par la mise en place des politiques de ressources humaines et le développement des outils de gestion des talents. Il aura à collaborer étroitement avec les différents managers des services afin de coordonner les besoins en personnel et de garantir une harmonisation des pratiques RH à travers l'entreprise.
