Our HR Generalist - Operations & Coordination will serve as the operational backbone of the HR function, ensuring documentation is accurate, processes are structured, systems are optimized, and recruiting workflows remain steady.
This role brings discipline and organization to the employee lifecycle - reducing compliance risk, improving employee experience, and freeing leadership to focus on strategic growth initiatives.
What you’ll do every day
Own HR coordination across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, status changes, promotions, and offboarding documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and 401(k) systems.
Audit, organize, and digitize employee files to ensure completeness and regulatory alignment.
Manage onboarding logistics including offer documentation, policy acknowledgments, and new hire system setup.
Serve as the primary point of contact for routine employee HR inquiries and documentation requests.
Support applicant tracking system management, interview scheduling, and candidate communications to maintain steady hiring pipelines.
Assist with HRIS administration and system enhancements, including data validation and reporting.
Help administer performance review cycles, documentation tracking, and merit adjustment workflows.
Support policy updates, handbook revisions, and internal compliance documentation related to SOC 2, SEC, and ATF requirements.
Create process documentation, checklists, and workflow guides to standardize and scale HR operations.
What you bring
3–6 years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or HR Generalist roles.
Strong experience managing onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR systems.
Hands-on familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
Exceptional attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
Comfort handling sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, regulated environment where accuracy matters.
Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, retail, or regulated industries is a plus.
