We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR Division and support its daily operations.
As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of HR functions, including HR Services, Recruitment, and ad hoc HR Projects. This role is ideal for someone eager to kickstart their career in Human Resources Management and gain hands-on experience in how a well-structured HR Department operates.

Responsibilities
- Participates in our company’s Talent Acquisition activities by screening CVs, posting/updating/removing Job Ads from Job Boards and Career Pages, scheduling & confirming interviews, etc.
- Supports our induction program and contributes to our new colleagues’ warm welcome
- Updates our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details, educational background, CVs, etc.
- Participates in the organization's company events, like CSR initiatives, careers days, etc.
- Assists in daily HR operations.
Requirements
- Holds a bachelor’s degree and is eager to acquire a specialization in Human Resources Management
- Proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with HRMS, ATS and resume databases will be considered a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A team player who enjoys collaboration
- Curiosity and strong interest in acquiring hands-on experience in HR related processes and activities.
