THE TEAM AND ROLE
As an HR Project Manager (all genders), you will play a key role in designing, planning, and delivering strategic HR initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with HR colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and with sustainable impact.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage end-to-end HR projects (e.g. HR systems, talent programs, organizational development initiatives)
Translate strategic HR goals into structured project plans, timelines, and milestones
Ensure clear communication, documentation, and change management throughout project lifecycles
Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and budgets, and proactively address challenges
Support the continuous improvement and scalability of HR processes and tools
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field at a top-university
First experience in (HR) project management, HR operations, or a comparable role
Strong knowledge of HR processes (e.g. employee lifecycle, talent management, performance, compensation, HR systems)
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
Experience with Notion, Ashby and/or Personio is beneficial
Fluency in German and English
