We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to work closely with business leaders and drive people strategies that support organizational goals. This role requires a strong blend of strategic HR partnering, hands-on HR operations, and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to leadership while ensuring effective execution of core HR processes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on organization design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Support managers in performance management, goal setting, feedback, and career development conversations.
  • Drive initiatives related to culture building, employee experience, and engagement.

Strategic HR

  • Translate business strategy into actionable HR plans and programs.
  • Support leadership in succession planning, talent reviews, and capability building initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
  • Contribute to policy design and continuous improvement of HR frameworks aligned with business growth.

HR Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, exits, and documentation.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage employee relations matters, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes in a fair and timely manner.
  • Partner with shared services, payroll, and external vendors to ensure seamless HR service delivery.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and employees to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Support change management initiatives during organizational transformations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4–8 years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Strategic HR, HR Operations, and employee relations.
  • Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
