We are seeking a HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist to support the execution and ongoing management of marketing initiatives within HubSpot. This role focuses on building, deploying, and maintaining marketing assets with accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Email MarketingBuild and deploy email campaigns in HubSpotApply provided copy, creative, and targeting rulesQA emails for formatting, links, and personalizationSchedule campaigns in advance and manage deploymentsAdjust deployments as needed based on updates or changesCreate and deploy survey emailsList Creation & ManagementBuild static and active lists based on defined criteriaMaintain and update existing listsValidate list logic prior to campaign launchesSMS Campaign SupportBuild and schedule SMS campaigns in HubSpotConfirm audience targeting and message accuracyPerform QA prior to deploymentSupport schedule changes when requiredLanding Page CreationBuild landing pages using existing HubSpot templatesInsert provided copy, imagery, and CTAsEnsure mobile responsiveness and functionalityConnect pages to the appropriate forms and workflowsForm CreationCreate HubSpot forms for campaigns and lead captureConfigure fields, validations, and follow-up actionsConnect forms to lists, workflows, and reportingData & ReportingPull standard HubSpot reports (email, list, and form performance)Export data for internal reviewMaintain basic dashboardsIdentify and flag data inconsistenciesCollaboration & WorkflowWork within Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets for task tracking and documentationFollow documented processes and checklistsDeploy campaigns ahead of schedule whenever possibleRemain flexible and responsive to changes or updates
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing HubStrong attention to detail and quality assuranceExperience building emails, lists, forms, and landing pagesProficiency with Google Docs and Google SheetsStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting U.S.-based marketing teamsFamiliarity with marketing compliance standardsExperience working in a high-volume campaign environment
Additional Responsibilities (As Needed)
Support B2B data entry within HubSpot, including company and contact recordsSupport B2C data entry, ensuring accuracy and proper field mappingMaintain data hygiene and consistency across recordsAssist with updates within the Customer Service Portal as directedSupport reporting needs related to customer activity, submissions, or service dataValidate data accuracy for reporting and operational use
