About you:
You have recently completed a relevant Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or are wanting to transition from a recruitment agency into an in-house HR team. You are eager to start your career in HR and are looking for an entry-level position where you can gain hands on skills.
About the Role:
This entry-level role supports the wider HR team and reports directly to the Human Resources Manager. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating employee records
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding of employees
- Liaise with payroll for employee file updates
- Assist with HR reporting and compliance requirements
- Assist with the delivery of employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Liaise with employees on internal and external training requirements
- Any additional Ad hoc HR administration duties required
Essentials:
- Relevant studies or 1-2 years’ experience in HR related position
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to develop relationships across various levels of the business
- Resourceful problem solver
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
