This is an ideal position for an experienced HR Generalist or HR Business Partner with strong employee relations skills who is looking to work in a fast paced, exciting dynamic business. This position supports all levels of employees across the APAC region including on boarding, consulting with employees on employment issues, career coaching and development issues, disciplinary issues and terminations.
Responsibilities
Partner with endpoint HR team to provide outstanding service to employees.Support employee lifecycle from new hire through termination. Handle HR paperwork related to new hires, promotions, merit increases, group transfers, and all other employment related changes.Work closely with local management to support office culture and HR objectives including, but not limited to, organizational effectiveness issues, training and career development opportunities, and compensation analysis and recommendations.Liaise with the government authorities effectively to ensure all statutory compliance requirements are adhered.Champion endpoint companywide initiatives such as Diversity and Training.Work with all levels of employees to solve simple to complex employee relations issues.Provide training and guidance during the annual performance review process.Serve as a resource for all benefits, payroll and general company questions.Supervises the administration of the comprehensive benefits programs including medical, leaves and serves as main interface with vendors and broker. Maintains health and safety program within the workplace. Serve as the liaison with the payroll department to address payroll matters.Support with office services-related tasks.Office lead for emergency protocols and communication.Help organize special events and celebrations for the office.

Education
Bachelor's degree is requiredMaster’s degree in Business Administration, preferredAdditional certifications always a plus
Experience
5-7 years of progressive generalist experience in Human Resources positions, including experience in high growth companies preferred
