Position Overview:
As a key member of Endpoint’s HR team, the Talent Acquisition Partner plays a strategic role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. The Talent Acquisition Partner also supports broader people initiatives including onboarding and employer branding to drive a high-impact talent strategy.
Responsibilities:
Operate with a global mindset, partnering with hiring managers and business leaders across APAC and globally to define role requirements, develop strategic sourcing plans, and deliver high-quality candidate pipelines aligned to business priorities. Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels, with a strong focus on technical, operational, and business-critical roles within diverse APAC markets.Build and sustain strong candidate relationships through proactive sourcing, outreach, screening, and ongoing engagement, ensuring an inclusive and positive candidate experience.Own job posting and advertising strategies across regional and global job boards, professional networks, and sourcing platforms to maximize reach and talent quality. Maintain and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS – Lever), ensuring data accuracy, workflow integrity, and timely updates to support reporting and compliance.Collaborate with People Operations and HR partners to support global onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth, consistent, and compliant new-hire experience across geographies.Contribute to talent market insights, hiring metrics, and pipeline analytics to inform workforce planning, improve recruitment effectiveness, and support leadership decision-making.Support and advance employer branding initiatives, partnering with internal stakeholders to strengthen Endpoint’s reputation as an employer of choice across APAC and globally.Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams by providing interview guidance, best practices, and data-driven recommendations throughout the hiring lifecycle.Participate in and, where appropriate, lead regional and global recruiting initiatives, including process optimization, diversity and inclusion efforts, workforce planning, and cross-border hiring projects.
Education:
BA/BS Degree in Organizational Development, Learning and Education, or related
Experience:
5+ years in TA Role5+ year(s) experience with an ATS (Lever experience will be preferred)3+ years in Software/SaaS Industry
