Human Resources Specialist
Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at the Head Office in Dubai.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong experience managing both Mainland and Free Zone employment processes.
Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and visa regulations.
Experience with payroll processing and WPS.
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Fluency in English
