iThe iFIT Brand Manager supports the execution of brand and product marketing initiatives for iFIT’s subscription business. This role focuses on bringing go to market plans to life, supporting launches, and ensuring brand consistency across channels. You will work closely with Product, Creative, CRM, Media, and Sales teams to help deliver campaigns, features, and messaging that drive subscriber growth and engagement.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves execution, collaboration, and learning how a business grows through strong brand and product storytelling. You will not be setting a high level strategy, but you will play a key role in making it real.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Support the execution of a consistent iFIT brand narrative across product, CRM, paid media, and retail channels
- Execute go to market plans for new features, campaigns, and subscription initiatives in partnership with cross functional teams
- Help improve launch quality, clarity, and speed by driving coordination, follow through, and post launch learnings
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand and Messaging Support
- Support brand and product positioning by helping develop messaging, briefs, and channel ready copy
- Ensure campaigns and launches align with iFIT brand standards and value propositions
- Assist with market and competitor research to inform messaging and audience understanding
Go To Market Execution
- Support end to end execution of launches including timelines, deliverables, and cross team coordination
- Partner with Product, Creative, CRM, and Media teams to bring launches and campaigns to market
- Help manage launch calendars, checklists, and readiness reviews
Campaign and Channel Support
- Support integrated campaigns across CRM, social, influencer, PR, and paid media
- Coordinate with Sales and DTC partners to support messaging needs and asset delivery
- Assist in building basic enablement materials such as talking points, FAQs, and launch summaries
Performance Tracking and Optimization
- Track campaign and launch performance metrics such as subscriptions, engagement, and retention
- Support post launch recaps and learning summaries
- Help maintain dashboards and reports used by the GTM team
Budget and Operations Support
- Support budget tracking for launches and campaigns
- Help ensure spend is tracked and documented accurately
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or go to market execution
- Experience supporting launches or campaigns in a consumer, digital, or subscription based business
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities
- Data curious and comfortable working with performance metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for fitness, wellness, or consumer technology
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fitness, health tech, mobile apps, or subscriptions
- Exposure to lifecycle marketing, CRM, or paid media campaigns
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar
- Experience supporting Sales or Commercial teams is a plus
