We’re looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team and help customers successfully adopt and get value from our routing platform. In this role, you’ll lead onboarding and implementation projects, work closely with customers to understand their workflows and configure solutions to meet their needs.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and long-term success by ensuring each implementation is delivered efficiently, accurately, and with a strong focus on client experience.
What to expect:
Help clients identify their needs and define their desired integration setupConnecting Badger to our customers' CRMsAssisting with current CRM integrationsManage communication and expectations between clients and the engineering team during the integration setup processCollaborate with Engineering and Customer Success to improve our tools and processes
What we're looking for:
1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles in an English-speaking environment, either on the phone or in-person.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishWorking knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systemsHighly independent, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with strong organizational and multitasking skillsAdaptable and comfortable learning new CRM systems and adjusting to evolving processes and workflowsAbility to work 11:30 AM- 7:30 PM CET
Nice to have:
Experience with API or system integrationsFamiliarity with Jira/Atlassian, Custom JavaScript, JSON, and technologies such as APIs or FTP
